What happens if I order more than one item?
Some items will arrive together, while others may arrive separately.

This varies from country to country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may arise.
Is your website safe to use?
Yes, of course! We use SSL (secure socket layer) security to ensure that all of your data is encrypted and kept safe at all times.
Do you sell digital versions of your prints?
Unfortunately, we do not sell digital versions of our prints.
Do you prints come with frames?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer frames with our prints. The frames pictured on our website are for display purposes only.
Do you offer wholesale?

I have a problem with my order, what do I do?
If you have any issues or questions regarding an order you have placed, please contact us via the Contact page on our website, or email us at hello@thepapertail.co.uk, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 1 business day.
Can I return my items?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is also responsible for covering any shipping charges to return items.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. We can accept cancellations if made within 24 hours after purchase.
